Retainers are prepaid blocks of time (30 hour minimum), purchased at a special rate. Prepaid time may be used for system and network troubleshooting, general consulting services, telephone support, research, training services, or any special project that may be agreed upon. These services will be billed towards your retainer.

A retainer does not have an expiration date and ends only when the balance is entirely depleted. If RYCOMM raises the labor rate due to cost increases, any time remaining on the account will not be subject to the increase.
